Program Educational Objectives

After completion of the B.Tech. (IT) course, students will be able to:

  • PEO1. Demonstrate core competence in basic engineering and mathematics to design, formulate, analyze, and solve hardware/software engineering problems.
  • PEO2. Have insight in fundamental areas of Information Technology and related engineering with an inclination towards self-learning to address real-world problems using digital and cognitive technologies.
  • PEO3. Collaborate with industry, academic and research institutions for product and research related development.
  • PEO4. Imbibe high professionalism, effective communication skills and team spirit to work on multidisciplinary projects, in diverse professional environments.
  • PEO5. Practice IT solutions following technical standards with ethical values.

Program Educational Objectives

After completion of the B.Tech. (AI&DS) course, students will be able to:

  • PEO1. Utilize their proficiencies in the fundamental knowledge of basic sciences, mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, data science and statistics to build systems that require management and analysis of large volumes of data.
  • PEO2. Advance their technical skills to pursue pioneering research in the field of AI and Data Science and create disruptive and sustainable solutions for the welfare of ecosystems.
  • PEO3. Think logically, pursue lifelong learning and collaborate with an ethical attitude in a multidisciplinary team.
  • PEO4. Design and model AI based solutions to critical problem domains.
  • PEO5. Exhibit innovative thoughts and creative ideas for effective contribution towards economy building.

Program Educational Objectives

Master of Technology in Information Technology curriculum is designed to prepare the graduates having attitude and knowledge to:

  • PEO1. To prepare students to excel in research or to succeed in Information Technology Profession by adapting to the rapid advances in new emerging technologies through rigorous graduate education.
  • PEO2.To provide students with a solid foundation in mathematical, scientific and engineering fundamentals required to provide IT solutions to real-world problems of Industries, Businesses and Society.
  • PEO3. To train students with good computer science and engineering knowledge so as to comprehend, analyze, design and create novel products and novel IT services.
  • PEO4. To inculcate students in solving real-time problems through IT knowledge and with attention to team work, effective communication skills and critical thinking.
